Why is Cauliflower So Good For You?
Cauliflower is a good source of fiber which is important in keeping your digestive system healthy. It is also a good source of vitamin C. Vitamin C strengthens the immune system, helps heal injuries, and is important in maintaining healthy bones, teeth, and blood vessels. Vitamin C also helps protect the body against many diseases. Cauliflower is also a good source of the B vitamins biotin and folate. Also, cauliflower contains sulfuraphane which helps the liver produce enzymes that help eliminate cancer causing toxins from the body.
