Did You Know That Gingko Biloba May Improve Memory?
Gingko biloba, which is an extract from the ginko leaf, is said to increase the production of dopamine in the brain. This can improve the brain's ability to transmit information. Also, gingko is rich in flavonoids that are thought to help protect the body against heart disease. Although not all studies agree on the extent to which gingko biloba is effective in improving memory, it is one of the top selling herbs in the United States.
