Why Are Walnuts Super Nutritious?



Walnuts are a good source of fiber, protein, vitamin E, and omega-3 fats. They are also a good source of B vitamins, including thiamine, B6, and folic  acid. They are also rich in ellagitannins which is thought to have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. Walnuts also contain the powerful antioxidant melatonin which helps promote restful sleep.
