What Are Some Possible Health Benefits of Coffee?

Is coffee healthy or not? The answer to this question is certainly controversial and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. However, since coffee is much too important to my lifestyle (no exaggeration) to consider giving up anytime soon, I like to just focus on the positive health benefits it can have. One thing is certain, adding a ton of calories in the form of sugar or cream is not healthy. This is why I have found sugar-free creamers to be a life saver! I'm not kidding myself into thinking that anything artificial is going to be great for my body, but at least they let me enjoy coffee without fear of putting on the pounds. Now on to the health benefits!
